Since the last update my phone is acting like a **bleep**
Some apps are not working,
And the worst is is bettry I need to charge it over 10 hours to reach above 90%
Does anyone know how long are we accepting a fix.

Just clear cache from recovery.

go to settings-then general management-then reset option- then click on factory reset option..

(Note:- it will erase all of your data including your photos, videos, pdf files etc.. so make sure to backup all those things to your laptop or memory card or pendrive.. )

(Note:- remove the sim card and memory before starting factory reset)
