It's quite normal for a phone to overheat when playing a high intensity game and having a good frame rate along with that. Whenever a processor reaches its peak performance, it starts to heat from then on. You can turn on GOS (Game Optimisation Service) by going to Settings > Apps > Game Optimizing Service > Enable if it's not enabled.

Then use a cooler for your phone. It is available online. It's like a fan fit insidea fan that can be attached to the back of your phone.

Check if "Labs > Alternate game performance management" is turned on. It'll be in gaming hub > game booster settings. Turning off this setting will reduce the temperature considerably.
