Game launcher not displaying play time.

Have tried all reset and updates. Still no use. 

Using Samsung S8

Found Solution: Have to enable Usage data access for Game Launcher. 

Settings > Apps > Touch 3 dots on top right corner > Special Access > Usage data access > Enable for Game Launcher

Hi there,

If you already reset and update your device and issue still exists, kindly send device log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details, using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member app > Click on + icon > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.

Turn off battery optimization and allow usage data access. This will solve your problem

After a short time of use, game launcher stop counting play hours and dont detect the Last Open game.
