Games Sound Problem

There is sound problem on My Galaxy M10 while I play pubg or pubg lite I think it was game launcher's fault but no it wasn't. I played game without launching it from Game Launcher but Real Sound come when I tap on recording without tapping on recording sound remains slow.

CAN Some one suggest the solution ?

1. Check device volume settings: Settings.> Sound & vibration.> Volume. Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
2. Check mute all sound option: Settings.> Accessibility.> Hearing enhancements.> Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
