I am using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and my user experience has been very disappointing. The main reason is that the larger foldable display suddenly stopped working and only shows a black screen. I purchased the device from another country, and unfortunately, the Samsung service center in my country has refused to repair it due to regional warranty limitations. Moreover, they have demanded a huge amount of money to fix the issue. For such an expensive flagship phone, experiencing a major display failure without any apparent reason is extremely disappointing and frustrating. 🙂 I expected better reliability, product quality, and customer support from Samsung.
