Z Fold 4 Thick black center line

Today all of sudden got a thick black line at center of fold screen. First a few days back the factory fitted screen protector started to delaminate from screen. Today the same area is thick black like a crack.

Contacted the Samsung Service over Whatsapp when first screen proector delamination appeared, they conveniently informed that phone is out of warranty - just 2.5 months above the year.

Never dropped and always well treated the phone so it must be bad manufacturing. Found several tweets and posts on social media about others facing same issue with Samsung high-drying the customers.

Waited for 4th edition with hope that all issues would have resolved but got still hit with bad product. Bought a Samsung phone after a decade and yet was again betrayed after some bad product quality issues in Galaxy series.

1.6L phone and lasted just 14.5 months! What a shame.

Exactly same thing happened to my phone Fold 4 last weekend and now it has a thick black line in the center. Of course we would go for repair in samsung center but we would end up paying thousands as the warranty period is over or would you offer free repair?? 

I have been using samsung since my teenage and trusting with such a costly mobile was the biggest mistake of my life. So disappointed!! 

I am well aware that it is not happening to many Folds but your engineering must be knowing about this problem. That means you expect us to spend money on repair after one year or buy new phone?

Same things happened to my phone today, the cover was pealing off a week back and today I noticed a black mark on the screen ( pixel damaged) but once I folded the phone and opened it back there wqs a thick black line in the center. My warranty expired just a few days back. Such a costly phone and lasted only a year. Highly disappointed.

Similarly it happened with me..
Have always used samsung phones and was excited to use my fold 4 as well . But just aa its 1 year warranty got over the black line appeared out of nowhere. Spending over a lakh rs for a phone which we cant use over a year. Really disappointed with #samsung.

Same problem Samsung  fold . If they do not solve my problem i will switch to another brand and I will write my experience every where.  And I will just file my case in consumer forum . I will get everyone in this... dealer , distributor and manufacturer. Uploading Image
