Pls wait, even if available as many people are saying that they are facing serious issues after android 12.
Only a few positive reviews were there.

Samsung actually canceled the Android 12 update for the flip and fold 3 for the time being on account of some issues found

Samsung canceled Android 12 oneui4 update for fold3 because of many bugs and issue ..
They will fix it and release the update again ..
Wait until then..
