Stuck at Processing Joining Request

Dear @moderators
I am an avid beta update user and have been actively pto participatein the beta builds. However, this time, just after switching from Fold 6 to Fold 7, I tried joining the Beta Program, but it's Stuck at "Processing Joining Request" only. 

Anyone can help me here or tag the Samsung Moderators to resolve this issue. I understand from the US counterparts that the US Moderators helped users to fix this issue.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We want to inform you that to participate in One UI Beta program you will need to download Samsung Members app from Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store.

After installation, launch Samsung Members app, click notice, and then submit “One UI Beta Program” application form through “Registration of One UI Beta Program” in the notice.

If you have Samsung Account and meet all participation criteria, entire registration process will be completed.

After finishing Beta Program registration process, click ‘Software Update’ menu (Settings > Software update > Download and install), you can download and install beta software.

Note: Software update will not be available for all users at once, it might take some time post registration for beta program.

Dear @cs_member10,

I am very much aware of the process and have been using beta software for my other devices for a long time. However, as I explained clearly above, I clicked on "join beta program" on April 4th, and I am still getting the same error "processing join request". I have reinstalled the app five times after clearing the cache and data entirely. I received your reply today after a whole seven days. I would appreciate it if you could kindly fix the issue from the backend and help me with a solution.

I have attached all the screenshot of the errors at all the level even at if I am trying to withdraw from beta program.

Any remedies here?? The problem still exists even after the latest 8.0 update that came today for ZFold 7. 1776067949164.jpg
