I was trying to connect alexa to smartthings but it always shows error 

Then i install it on iphone and it worked 

😂 i think ios is doing better even with your apps 

And it took me 5 minutes to open members app on fold 7 👏

Alexa only works on Alexa app not SmartThings. Because it has different features. If you find this helpful please accept my solution for the future Support
