It has been over 7 months and i have tried everything but my calls get dropped while speaking, sometimes when i pickup a call it automatically gets disconnected right that moment, sometimes i try to call someone my call doesn't go through and many a times when i recieve a call my voice doesn't go through and it automatically gets disconnected after moments of silence. I have tried samsung support but they are never admitting that their device can be problematic. I tried jio customer support and they say samsung is to blame. I am suffering in a tussle between these two. Is there any way to correct this issue?

Reset network setting in reset section after that your issue will resolved.

Then do a call to jio customer care they will change your sim apn setting as off required.
