I have Zflip 5 and it's under warranty. After October security updates my phone getting switched Off automatically when it is flipped. When I reached the service center in Chandigarh they put my phone out of warranty because of a small scratch on screen which came after this issue because I can't flip it . I wasn't able to flip my phone because it was getting switched of each time so I had to keep it open all the time and that's why those scratched came. 
Now service center is asking for INR 28000 to fix this issue. But when I researched about it this issue wasn't screen related. This issue appear because of Hinge wire inside phone and it fixable without replacement of main screen. I also asked in after market phone repairing shops they also said there no need to replace the screen. But samsung agents saying this issue can be only fixed with screen replacement.
