I bought a new fold 7. 

It's not validating Bank verification messages. 

Not able to use any bank application because of this. 

Any one knows why is this?

It is Impossible. Use your sim in this phone and remove bank account from old phone.

Ensure that you have some topup recharge which adds the balance to your phone number. This will fix the issue.
