Galaxy ZDear Samsung Team,
I submitted my device at the Samsung service center on 19th August for a screen replacement. At the time of submission, I was informed that the repair would be completed within one week. It was also agreed that 50% of the cost would be borne by Samsung and 50% by me, and I accepted this arrangement.
However, today is 3rd September, and I have not received any update, call, or communication regarding the status of my device. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, especially since I am continuing to pay the monthly EMI for a device I am unable to use.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and an update on the expected timeline for the completion of the repair. Timely communication would be greatly appreciated.
