Galaxy ZDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we want to inform you that kindly follow the given steps to resolve your issue:
Turn off image grouping.
The Gallery app can now automatically group similar images to help keep your images organized, this may hide some images until you tap the group. Tap the grouping icon next to search to disable grouping.
Make sure the album is not hidden.
From the Albums tab of Gallery, tap More options (the three vertical dots) and then tap Select Albums to show. Albums without a check mark will not be shown. Tap the album to add or remove a check.
Check the filesystem for a special file that hides folders.
Navigate and open My Files. You may need to open the Samsung folder to find My Files. Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Settings.
Tap the switch next to Show Hidden System Files, and then tap Back to return to the file list. Hidden files will now appear.
If the photos are deleted and you have already created a backup of those photos, then you can visit the given link to restore them by Samsung Cloud: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-can-i-recover-delete...
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
