Notification animation

Is there any new feature added in one ui recently regarding notification animation? 

Whenever receiving any notification, the entire screen is filled with flowers.

Notistar module in goodlock is turned off, so ideally nothing should be there as well.

That's called Edge lighting plus a Goodlock module. You can turn off the notification style from there
