Hi currently I am using samsung galaxy zfold 5 the content of netflix is playing in SD where else my mobile supports upto HDR so I kindly request to fix it

They have a habit to cheat like this. My S20 FE 5G was also HDR supported but I was kept complaining both Netflix and Samsung. Both of them puts the blame on one another.

The resolution of the content, the Netflix plan subscribed to, and any data restrictions in place all impact the ability to stream in 4K. Only the premium Netflix plan supports UHD streaming, and data restrictions may force lower resolutions to conserve bandwidth. Please verify these factors to ensure optimal streaming quality.
