Hey Samsung Community, I’m really frustrated and need your attention! My Galaxy Z Flip 5 speaker suddenly stopped working without any physical damage or accidental fault—it just stopped out of nowhere! I took it to the Samsung Service Center, expecting them to diagnose the issue properly. Instead, they immediately suggested replacing the speaker without even checking the real cause. Since I had no choice, I agreed. It took them over 10 days to get the speaker replacement, and after waiting that long, guess what? The problem was still there! Now, they are asking me to replace the entire display, which costs ₹26,000! Why would I need a new display for a speaker issue? It feels like they’re just guessing instead of actually fixing the problem. I’m really disappointed with how Samsung is handling this. Why should customers suffer due to poor service and unnecessary costly repairs? I’m posting this here in hopes that Samsung takes notice and resolves this properly.
