I updated my phone and got a line over the display. I contacted customer centre and I have been told that I should replace screen by paying them. I need to raise a concern
I tried to raise a complaint regarding this. And samsung advised to go to customer service centre nearby my place. When I called them, they informed that even if the damage is related to software update the offer of screen replacement free of cost ended on May 31st 2024. How I'm supposed change my screen when i got the line on 4 June 2024?
