Jio needs to enable it from their side....
And customer care centre's can't do it...
That's y they are saying it's Samsungs fault....

I'm still facing the same problem. Using Z Fold 3 5G but unable to use Jio 5G. Received update recently too but still no 5G. Extremely disappointed. Paid 1,50,000 for this device when it came out and 15k phones like OPPO and VIVO are happily using Jio 5G. What a joke!

Purchased from Hong Kong! Still no 5G.. Updated phone twice since my post. Pathetic!
