Purchase new mob in last Sept23. After one month or so, observed a black spot on the inside screen. Called customer care. They told since the black spot couldn't be felt from touch and as it was not increasing in size, it might be software issue. But software is already updated and issue remains. Very concerned.
Am posted in remote place and hence not able to visit a service centre physically soon.
Anyone facing similar issue, please share your experience 🙏

Samsung galaxy z fold 5 mobile having small black line at bottom on the middle of inner screen, it's increasing in size.I updated software already. Please help me out of this problem
I have same issue in my Galaxy fold 5, black spot right at the middle of screen at the bottom side, at the crease where it fold. It appeared just after the Samsung care+ expired after 1 year of purchase. Honestly I switched to Samsung after years of using iPhone. My earlier Samasung S series phones experience had ghosting and hanging issue, thought now Samsung must have improved with new technology.. But now I understand why iPhone still not into foldable screen yet, they might be excelling it. Very very disappointed with Samasung.
