Hi, I am samsung z fold 3 users. I had updated my phone and i got a gift in the form of green line on screen. I don't what type of they updating software. And they all are giving free service only to S model users. I am requesting to samsung team give free service to users whatever model they arr using if they got green line then its your resposibilty (samsung)
Everyperson buying their dream phone by their money and money doesn't grow on tree.
So please fix it this issue.

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement for Green line problem send email to Samsung care try I got free replacement for my s22 mobile display

I can't seem to have solution for this stupid Green line issue on my z fold 4 main screen after security patch update and it's not even my fault so why are they charging me and it's after paying 167000 rupees they are charging huge amount of money for it's replacement

Yes you are absolutely true. I also visited service centre they all are saying. Its doesn't happen from update maybe you fall your phone or got pressure on screen. From now i neve r gonna to buy samsung phone.

Same i had it since almost two years and nothing happened but when I updated it then all of sudden I got this issue and they can't seem to resolve this issue I prefer o eplus more than samsung

Same issue occurred in my samsung flip 3 and I visited service center too they say we didn't receive any update regarding this issue for Z series and this issue is happening only in S series so we can't give you free replacement and you have to pay i told them this isn't because of me issue came because of software update and it's your responsibility to repair free of cost basically they are saying it's all my fault that green line appeared
