Front camera sometimes doesn't ON .. screen turns black .. Solved after Restarting phone

Always best to restart after major update. Also clean cache from recovery meny, and optimise apps using Good Guardians App Booster.

Clear camera app data: Settings >> Apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear data.

Reset camera settings: Camera >> Settings >> Reset Settings >> Tap on Reset
