Galaxy ZWiFi & Bluetooth connectivity issues Lagging and stuttering despite high-end specs Inner display problems like screen flickering or hinge-related failures Overheating and battery drain issues Who’s Responsible? Samsung – They should have ensured better quality control, especially at this price point. Retailer/Service Provider – If you got a faulty unit, they should assist with a replacement or repair. Software Updates – Some problems are due to bad software updates, so checking for updates or rolling back might help. What Can You Do? Visit a Samsung service center and push for a replacement rather than a repair. If service fails, raise a consumer complaint (especially if your device is under warranty). Check online forums (Reddit, Samsung Community, etc.) to see if others found fixes or workarounds. Consider returning the phone if your purchase window allows it.
