My fold 4 isnt opening properly..i havnt dropped the phone even once..the samsung service centre is tellimg me to change the display, which is perfectly fine. What am i supposed to do?

Change it . If they r doing for free.. n after that sell that phone .. n buy some better phone..

Get it checked in local shop then where u have faith also file a complaint on consumer court forum online since as you claimed that this was a manufacturing defect.

Pls. Don't cheat people and don't just write stereo type answer.

Your service centre will give a hefty amount quote.

It's a manufacturing issues which samsung is denying and blaming users

Repair? As in? Why would i replace my display when it is working fine..the issue is with the hinge..which the samsung engineer said, is the fault of the device..i mean why should i pay when there is manufacturing fault..i really liked my fold 4..but this incident has really broken my trust with samsung

@facon , i have similar issue with z fold 4. The phone was never dropped.. my warranty ended last month. I was asked to pay 60k to get the display and the hinge replaced. This is insane. This is samsungs issue not ours... we should sort this out.
