I have been facing this problem since last few months... it started with my phone delay the screen unlocking when I flip open it.. then it started to black out for sometime... and now it just turns black after a yellow flicker when I try using flex mode or flip the phone close/open. It refuses to work in flex mode, but works perfectly fine when completely open or closed.
I have tried Formatting the phone, updated the software but nothing seems to make this problem go away.
Phone was also not used in water or very dusty environment.
Any idea what is causing this problem and how can I get rid of it?
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
