Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
1. Long press on the home screen. 2. After a long press on the bottom side of the screen 4 options will appear which are as below: Wallpaper and Style Widgets Themes Settings 3. Click on settings. 4. In settings search for hide apps. 5. Tap on the apps you would like to hide from your Apps tray and home screen. If you would like to remove an application from your Hidden Apps list tap on the minus icon beside that specific application
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
I didn't understand what you said my issue is different my file has been not showing any where in my mobile at every corner i seen.i didn't hide any apps and i did what u said but no issue on hiding apps are minus that app
