Hi everyone,
My Galaxy Z flip 4 is facing auto shutdown in every 2 mins of turning on. Did anyone else face this? Please advise any workaround.

Many Galaxy Z Flip 4 users are experiencing auto shutdowns, particularly when folding the device. This issue often arises after about a year of use and may be linked to hardware problems, such as a faulty battery or display cable. Some users have resolved the issue by replacing the battery or seeking repairs under warranty. If your device is still under warranty, it's advisable to contact Samsung Support or visit a service center for assistance

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Tap on Settings> Apps > desired app> Uninstall> Ok.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

Tried doing all this but nothing is working, now I have a flip phone that doesn't flip. It has to be kept flat open at all times. I feel cheated after falling prey to this scam called foldable phones where you have to change screen protectors every 3 months. If not, the display starts creaking. And the saddest part is the Samsung service n customer care. They promise free screen guard replacement but only through a code generation on digital service center portal where the code takes weeks to get generated. The tired customer will just get it done without the code by paying close to 1000 rs every time. And if you don't pay this 1000 rs every 3-4 months then your display will have issues and you'll have to have a screen replacement that costs 31k rs. Such a shame in the name of sales n after service by Samsung. I have always tried to encourage 100s of people to buy Samsung phones in last 15-16 years but this is what I get in return when I actually need help. False promises.
