Appstore Region change issue

Hi, I'm unable to change the country name from app store as I recently moved to India, please help me

I did change successfully in device settings but unable to do in Appstore

Usually, it should change based on location tracking.. now I'm in India, how would I contact them?

This has been resolved. Simple, change your Gmail account that you were created in the current location.
