My mobile banking app 
Boi Mobile not working on flip3.. The app works completely fine on other phones. So no problem with the app.
Please help me sort out the problem. 
Am getting error

SEND ERRORS REPORT TO SAMSUNG ABOUT THIS ISSUE BY GET HELP TAB IN THIS APP > ERRORS REPORT >SEND REPORT

ALSO SEND FEEDBACK TO BANKING APP

ALSO YOU SHOULD CONTACT BANK'S CUSTOMER CARE OR COMPLAINT NUMBER

Have contacted bank. They say problem is with your phone as the app works fine on all other phones
