eSIM setup after Factory Reset from Recovery - Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4

I have installed an eSIM from Jio in my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 in April 2023. I wanted to perform a factory reset from recovery mode but fear loosing the eSIM saved. My questions are as follows:

1. Will i really loose the eSIM that is configured after resetting the phone from recovery mode?

2. Can I reconfigure the eSIM from the configuration email i had received from Jio in April 2023 when I purchased the phone?

3. If i reconfigure from previous email configuration, will the restrictions about not receiving / sending SMS for 24 hours apply?

PS i dont want to reset from settings as I want to remove work profile

for 1 it asks you if you want to retain esim

if you check the option it will remove e sim

I want to reset from recovery as resetting from here wont remove my work profile. Thats why the problem.
