Wifi and Bluetooth option greedy out on galaxy Fold 5. Was working properly but now it doesn't work at all

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Kindly reset the network settings. Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset Network Setting.

Reset settings- Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset settings.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Tap on Settings>Device Care> Storage> Clean Now.

Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
