My mobile is samsung fold 4 and SIM manager is not showing in settings

 E SIM settings are not installing it showing on notifications when tapping on it's no installing and It still shows on notifications and Clear option is not working on these notification and showing notification is given by SIM manager and It is not showing in settings.

Try reset of network settings once and wifi too

Umm... then reset or service center.... is the last option and jio will reinstall the sim again

Service center technicians are saying want to update the software but these mobile is from other country so wait until software update or go through samsung members app

As per your query, we want to inform you that if you using 1 sim card only, It is not an issue because this option is use for managing dual sim cards.

However, if you are using dual sim slot on your device, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
