Anybody has the same problem?? Didnt drop my phone or whatsoever but it suddenly starting to shut down basically everytime i flip the phone. However,it won't happen when I'm charging it.. 
Ask the customer service but they said that they'll "look into it".. like for how long?? Cause I need to use my phone

I don't think this is resolving the issue.

I have even reset the phone but no luck, unfortunately I am at overseas so can't take help from retailer too.

May be need to keep the phone non flip phone until I am back to Melbourne.

Note: We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.
There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Step4: Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Step5: Auto-restart disabled.

Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to "Settings"
Step2: Tap on "Battery and device care"
Step3: Tap on Three dots
Step4: Tap on "Automation"
Step5: Disable "Auto-restart at set times" if enabled

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Error report).

I do use the original cable that came in the box... and I did you instructions but it didn't work.. now what?

No use for above steps...it seems Samsung doesn't have any resolution for this issue and they might even k ow this issue occurs for Flip3.

Hello Customer support

Samsung company has to admit there is a problem with the z flop 3. There are many people complaining about this problem with the phone turning off when it is unfliped. My wife's phone behaves exactly the same way. There are no connections between these two parts on the phone which can explain this so the problem is in the screen.  Not one of your suggestion to fix this problem works.  These phones are expencive so I ask you what is Samsung going to do about this???  My wifes phone is 12 months old and dose not have one scrats, I read many resellers refuse thr garanty because they see one or more scrats one the phone but the fault has nothing to do with that.  The fault has to do with the screen flip.  Look forward foe your answer.
