I have gone to sky solutions palarivattom , kochi, kerala for replacement of my flip 3 screen guard. But the employee was very rude. He is talking to me like i ove him a huge money. He is telling they have the product with them. But they dont have any staff for doing this. Then i asked when will this guy Will come. He saying he don't know. And he told if u want go to some other service center. We can't do anything. And he gone to do is on work. And not was listening to me. Then i was very disappointed and come back. In flip series if there is no screen guard it will broke from the center thats why gone to service center in a urge. But i was disappointed. Thet guy was very rude. How can world's largest mobile phone service . Have a service center without a technican or staff. And they don't know when the staff will come .

I never faced this type issues with apple or oneplus
Iam using therse products too.
 
I don't want to face this kind issues for others. Thats why iam writing this. I also called customer support too to complaint this

Actually samsung should keep trained staff in their store and service centers. I have faced similar issues quiet few times, the staff is very arrogant. Apple is firstly training the employees for customer service. Samsung should follow same. Just having more service centers or stores won't be good, if the staff is not behaving good with customers.

I agree your issue ,some people are harsh in talking ,rude , arrogant doesn't mean that SAMSUNG is bad company it's all about the behavior of such a person. They must take care of their customers to give them best service as possible. Hope it should not happen with anyone else from further.
