Galaxy Z Flip | Galaxy Z FoldI knew a foldable phone has risks, but I have been careful handling it carefully and even used the Samsung flip cover which covers the hinge. No water damage. It didn't fall down anywhere. The phone itself is only six months old and I purchased directly from Samsung website!
The service person said they will take 10 days to service this phone using a specialized machine.

Galaxy Z Flip | Galaxy Z FoldThe problem didn't disappear, but if I open the phone, the main screen works again like it should! Before I cleared the app's data, the main screen stayed frozen even when the phone was fully open.
So, it looks like something messed up after the One UI 7 update on my phone.

Looks like the screen was probably just a factory defect.
