No. Try a diagnostic test through the Members app. If problem persists, you should consider stopping by an authorized service centre because this issue will definitely be covered under warranty

Reset setting your issue is resolved and try switch off and on

No diagnostic does not work. It happened after the latest update from samsung (2gb) .. They have to fix it
