I recently ordered S25 from Samsung shop app in exchange of Z Flip5. After deducting all coupons and all discounts i paid 32600/- online . When delivery boy of Blue Dart checked my phone at the time of exchange, he noticed a small line out the display area. Its not a display issue but without understanding anything he rejected and asked me to pay another 44000/- otherwise the order will get cancelled. I requested Samsung customer care not to cancel the order and i was agree to pay some nominal amount in addition with exchange but they never considered. Also Samsung is charging cancellation fee around rupees 4000/- for the same. Finally they have rejected the exchange and cancelled the order and I am waiting for their reply and refund of money. There is a third party media playing major role here called Cashify. Even after having much technician with Samsung, how they are prefering cashify who will be checking the phone through courier delivery boy and cashify will decide whether to reject the exchange or accept it. Its a Joint fraud plan between Samsung and Cashify. On one side, When order will be rejected, customer will definitely go to cashify to sell their phone , they will loot the customer and other side on cancellation of order Samsung is getting cancellation fee. So here only customer sufferes and looted. Through this community i sincerely requesting Samsung to stop such kind of harrasment with customer and refund my whole paid money without deducting a single rupee. If such things continues, door of consumer court is always open.
Olx is the best way to go, I had the same problem with Cashify, they valued my S21FE at 12.5k, but the guy who came to my place offered only 6.5k because of a tiny scratch. I ended up selling it on Olx for 14k.
Even I have pre ordered with instant exchange. But since my exchange device (Galaxy S22) has green lines, exchange is rejected (Even I was of the same opinion that they would requote). So for cancelling the order they are charging ₹2999 as cancellation charges.
