Camera issue on Z FLIP 3

When you try to take slow motion videos on your z flip3 5G it is very laggi and even the video Stop in various parts of the video even if the video is of 10sec and don't even think about super slow motion it is even worse. 
Will Samsung fix it because it is obviously a processing issue. If yes then when?

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.
Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

If the issue still persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

My device is new but still on your request I did reset my camera
And my device is up to date but still the problem remains so what to do now
