Android update issue

I have bought Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3. And I saw that my device is still running in Android 11 and it says its up-to-date. Can anyone help or advice me how to gain the latest android update where like the other Z flip 3 users. And I hope that rather than me everyone who are using Z flip 3 have received the Android 13.

I went and gone through settings and it says that 'Its up to date'
