Server side Configuration Issue In the Samsung Galaxy App Store.

This is to inform You that,

There is a critical Server side issue which is Blocking customers to redeem Samsung galaxy app store's issued Coupon.

Scenario -

Step 1- The customer got Voucher from Samsung Galaxy App store for IAP(in app purchases)

Step 2- The customer is trying to purchase IAP product and applying the Voucher in Samsung Galaxy app store.

Step 3- The Voucher is not being applied and the server side configuration is issuing an error code-CPN 2014 While applying the Voucher which was Just issued 5 seconds ago.

Step 4- The voucher is vanished from the Samsung galaxy store.

This issue has been confirmed by Different accounts with different devices from Different users .

Kindly resolve the issue so that People can use the issued voucher without any problem.
