Why does the Samsung notes on my Galaxy A50 doesn't provide certain features like Neat Shapes, Handwriting to text, etc. ?

The tool which allows you to cleanly draw shapes, it's not available on my device so i have to draw them manually, it's in the add-on toolbar settings, but not available on my device

handwriting to text is available... .. ..
but saves as painting ,not as text.. 🙃..

Thats not handwriting to text *conversions*, it's like "zoomed writing tool" probably

Goodnotes, nebo, noteshelf, notability and some others has this feature.... Including samsung notes... Not on my device😑...... I exchanged my phone with my father just for this app🤣🤣, but am not just gonna change it just yet......
