I don't get alerts for my contact's birthday. Birthdays are saved with contacts and are showing in the samsung calendar but i don't recieve any alerts for them. All notification settings are on and there is no 3rd option for contact's birthday alert available in the alert settings.

Anybody knows the solution??

select 'All-day events' to 'Time' only
then you will receive the notification

but birthdays cant be changed. they are taken from the contact information and those are a all day event.

you can change the time of celebration
as shown in image you send

you can tap on 'All-day events' and select 'Time' then pick a specific time, the birthday party be celebrated or when you want to wish
you will be notified before 10 minutes as you set notify 10 minutes before

i tried that already to change the time but not solved. its A30s. And i also found a different option from another post in the forum. why that 3rd option is not available now. thats the exact problem.

the function is not available in your phone
I have 3 phones note 9 , m31 & a50
you can see in image 'contact's birthday' isn't available in a50 too like your a30s

but you can set the reminder on that date at anytime by your choice
