I AM GOING THROUGH CYBER ATTACK,

MY PHONE WAS FILLED SO MANY SPYWARE

AND MALWARES,

MY NEIGHBOR HAD INSTALLED SPY APPS THROUGH NETWORK OF MY PHONE NUMBER AND KNOWING MY PHONE NAME.

THEY CAN INSTALL APPS THROUGH NETWORK AND BY KNOWING SMARTPHONE NAME

WHEN I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS

I EVENTUALLY DISABLED MY GOOGLE PAY STORE SO THAT THEY MAY NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MORE APPS.

BUT THEN THEY STARTED INSTALLING FROM APK, THERE INTENTION IS TO DISTROY MY PHONE BY INSTALLING MORE SPYWARE APPS.

I NEED SUPPORT FROM SAMSUNG

If you confirmed that your neighbor only did all this, pls file a complaint to cyber crime police. Also factory reset your phone. Backup only contacts. Dont backup remaining.
Also change the network password
After reset your phone keep the settings called (install unknown apps) turned off.

Do a factory reset(don't backup anything other than contacts). Change the password of your google account and Samsung account from a laptop or another device which you can trust.

Go to your local police station and file another complaint there. Then file a complaint on the cybercrime portal along with the FIR number of the case you filed at the local station. If you are a lady, you can file a complaint at women helpline numbers as well.

Change the password of your wifi. Now onwards, don't give your phone to others after unlocking it. Don't give the wifi password to suspicious or unknown people. And don't connect your phone to the wifi of your neighbours.

They can't do this by just knowing name and phone number. They must have got physical access to your phone and access to your broadband.

Nb: If you are under 18, report this to your parents first.

AND DON'T CLICK OR OPEN LINKS, FILES OR EVEN PDF FILES SEND BY UNKNOWN PEOPLE. OPEN SUCH THINGS ONLY IF YOU ARE 100 PERCENT SURE ABOUT THE CONTENT.

I have filed case more than twice at online portal.

Whatever complaint details I have written in my complaint account when i was trying to once again login I am unable to find them or the details have been changed I have received this message through gmail.
