PHONE WAS TAPPED

I AM GOING THROUGH CYBER ATTACK,

MY PHONE WAS FILLED SO MANY SPYWARE

AND MALWARES,

MY NEIGHBOR HAD INSTALLED SPY APPS THROUGH NETWORK OF MY PHONE NUMBER AND KNOWING MY PHONE NAME.

THEY CAN INSTALL APPS THROUGH NETWORK AND BY KNOWING SMARTPHONE NAME

WHEN I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS

I EVENTUALLY DISABLED MY GOOGLE PAY STORE SO THAT THEY MAY NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MORE APPS.

BUT THEN THEY STARTED INSTALLING FROM APK, THERE INTENTION IS TO DISTROY MY PHONE BY INSTALLING MORE SPYWARE APPS.

I NEED SUPPORT FROM SAMSUNG

Do a scan in 'Device Protection' option from settings. It'll remove all the unnecessary things. Once all the malware is removed, perform factory data reset. I guess scanning would be enough to remove all the unnecessary things from your device.

THE SPWARE AND MALWARES ARE INSTALLED IN MY PHONE ARE NOT EVEN DELETED WHEN I DID FACTORY RESET, THE APPS BECAME MY SYSTEM APPS , SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO DISABLE IT OR DELETE IT

Report the incident to the government's cybercrime portal. If no actions taken, there is another grivance redress and monitoring portal, report it there.

Alternatively, you can visit your nearest cyber crime branch and report the incident.

Aside from that, as far as I know it is almost impossible to access someone's network using targeted attacks just by knowing the name and the number. You can edit this post to give more details about the incident in order to assist you further.

I too think this is not possible without first getting access to the device. Or the person must have clicked on malicious links.
