Yes bro you can import Chrome passwords to Samsung Pass.
Just follow the steps:
1. Open chrome and tap three dot menu. Now go to settings > Password Manager and again tap three dot menu and select 'Export passwords...' Then select desired location to save (I recommend you to save this csv file to internal storage). Now, the csv file that contains passwords is saved.
2. Open Samsung wallet app and tap gear icon located at upper right side and tap 'import and export Samsung pass data' (it will ask you to verify your fingerprint to open the options)
Now press 'import data' and select that csv file exported from Chrome and tap done. Finally, press the 'continue' button.
Now your all Chrome passwords saved to Samsung Pass...

Follow these all steps and tell me it's done or not...1701194637862.jpg
