Bug Problem Please Help

When I tap Back Button I am unable to close the app

Pressing bck button several times all not helping me 

Please suggest somethin What can do ??

If I press home button then I can exit the app
The problem is after pressing the back button the app should get closed but it doesn't, how to solve this ??

Just press the power button and then the volume down key for around 8 seconds. It will restart your device then. Then it will be fine.

Goto Settings > Apps > One UI home
And clear that Apps data. Lemme know if that works.
