In J7 Max, there are shown I haven't used Bixby yet! But when I want to click on Bixby, Bixby aren't open. And there were shown " Bixby keep stopping!" What is the problem? How to fix the problem?

May be not supported.
This doesn't mean all these apps are supported.
Same shows in my device but many of them are not supported

Go to Apps > Show system apps and clear data for Bixby and try to relaunch it. May be it will work.

J7 max doesn't support bixby
