I don't know why and how your galaxy store start downloading apps automatically without my concern or with any action from my side.
Many time i tried to deal with it by reseting the storage and permissions of app but everytime my device restart it automatically get it's permission.
I just wonder who you think you are?
its my device i paid for it. Everything on this device should be exactly as i set, not as you want. You are the product producer and service provider for the same, I'm the customer here, KEEP IT IN MIND & FIX THIS ISSUE.

No
You ticked the points & agree

Now if in a contract you just sign without reading t&C You may be in trouble

I accept its may be by misunderstanding or by mistake, but you agreed

Next time please read all the t&c carefully before proceeding 🙂

And according to you it is acceptable and fine, right? You don't see anything wrong here. Isn't is? You accepted the t&c which is written and they will do whatever they want after that as it's written there and it's completely fine and your fault. Right?

Please try to understand the point,

If you signature a contract where its written you can sell my phone whenever you need

Now its depends upon me if i wish i may sell, if i don't need i will not.

You already give the permission, so please read all the t&c carefully

And in the homepage its clearly & boldly mentioned the name of the apps that will be installed, you should skip it then instead of continuing

This doesn't justify it at all. First of all let clear some points:-

1. There is difference b/w what is legal and what is right. You can do wrong things by being perfectly legal.

2. The t&c written in such a way that it is far from human understable language and no one has time to read the entire.

3. Samsung has intentionally hidden the checkboxes in a hyperlink type format and a normal user isn't even aware of that and this is just fooling the user.

4. You have paid for the device already, and you won't expect ads and random installs when using the device especially when the other brand of the competition is removing it and the price to value ratio is least.

5. The whole point of this post was to make samsung remove this cheap trick of hiding it's dark ways to make money, not to understand the legitimately of this situation.

6. It is COMPLETELY WRONG to hide such thing in and make user to have it by default. This will be justified in court as wrong and punishable, even though it has been done legally.

7. The frequent homepage pop-ups should not appear in the first place. Everyone knows how to skip it. That isn't the point anyways. It is just a harassment that you get it every 2 to 3 days.

Adding to the 5th point, you have told the legitimately of this issue, and as I said before the point of this point isn't the same so your comment was already irrelevant.

1. It isn't in the same page you are saying about,
It comes just after the t&c page

2. There are many brands that have even inbuilt ads , however not the point, we already shared our thoughts to the concerned team , but it will take time to take the action.

And also as said this point is already shared to the team , they will definitely work upon it.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, however you should always take care about the consent, here its okay but in 3rd party apps etc please read the t&c

I understand that and I completely agree by your statement that reading the t&c is important before giving consent. But no way this means that they can write whatever they want (there are legal limitations) and hide it.

Also, the point was that these cheap nasty thing shouldn't exist in the first place. I don't think that samsung will work upon them. They do not listen to customers and there support team is just illiterate idio*s (I'm not even insulting them cause it is what they literally are). And the issues of missing extra dim, glance service, missing camera access toggle in notification panel has been reported way before. Still to this date they haven't fixed any of that. They don't care about consumers, they only care about money.
