I feel very ashamed of the recently launches samsung product dat is samsung galaxy s8 i got this fone nearly a month back with lot of expectations as ive been using samsung devices since android was launched an have used over 20 samsung smartphones till now . As always i got this s8 as it was the talk of the town bt i never exoected that samsung wud b using such a cheal quality of display which is not at all durable like other products of samsung or amy other brand . Samsung is known for its classy display bt i feel ashamed saying that s8 has the wrost display in terms of durability . 2 days back i was carrying my pbone in my denim pocket when my bike handle just struck my pocket dat moment i dint even look at my phone bt i was shocked when i saw my phone screen got shattred in my pocket just imagine a phone in a pocket getting slightlt hit by a bike handle an getting shatterd dats really disgusting i have never mailed samsung bt todae i have to an i wud never recomend this phone to anyone after this incident samsung is cheating thier customers with this type of product ill b also attaching a photo of my broken phone with dis mail hope you like that . I have spent more den half a lakh on dis phone which is just nt worth it i wud have spent this on sme other product i feel . I need a quick replacemnt of this phone or please gve me the whole refund for this disgusring piece of yours . Waiting for a reply from samsung . I can not trust thus company any more from now onwards . M hoping for a positive reply from samsung team that is either u replace this phone or take it back an give me my money ill rather apend it on apple phones . Thank you
