because Samsung feels that Indian consumers won't sue and it's the truth too. consumer laws are mostly against us whereas in the u.s if you even fall down in a store on a piece of plastic and hurt yourself you can sue the store.

well its not like that.. even they treat us last in line.. they treat in package.. update rolled out per region and not country.. so we are not only one who does not get update.. its about 7 to 8 countries..

What the heck? I am assuming that you are talking about the Oreo beta program for Galaxy S8. You don't know that U.S., U.K. and Korea have Snapdragon variantd of Galaxy S8. India nd other countries have Exynos variant of Galaxy S8. They are 2 different processors and require different builds. Once Oreo is ready for Exynos, I am sure that it will be released in other countries too.

If snapdragon is the reason then Oreo should have come for Samsung own exynos first which they might be better knowledgeable then external snapdragon
